Scope
This Privacy Policy describes the handling of information in connection with the List Creator for SharePoint application published by Ackerman Technologies and this product website.
List Creator
List Creator operates within the customer's Microsoft 365 SharePoint environment. The current version does not require an Ackerman Technologies-hosted backend service for its core list-creation functionality.
Information processed by the application
When a user enters a SharePoint list name, column definitions, or related configuration, that information is processed for the purpose of carrying out the user's requested SharePoint operation. Ackerman Technologies does not use the List Creator application to intentionally collect, sell, rent, or monetize customer content or personal information.
Microsoft 365 authentication and permissions
List Creator relies on the user's existing Microsoft 365 session and SharePoint permissions. The application does not provide users with permissions they do not already possess. Microsoft and the customer's Microsoft 365 administrator independently control Microsoft 365 authentication, tenant configuration, auditing, retention, and other platform services.
Storage and transmission to Ackerman Technologies
The current List Creator product does not intentionally transmit SharePoint list content, list configuration, Microsoft 365 credentials, or user documents to Ackerman Technologies for storage as part of its core functionality.
This website
This static product website is intended to provide product documentation, support information, legal terms, and Marketplace information. The site does not intentionally use advertising trackers or analytics scripts supplied by Ackerman Technologies. Hosting infrastructure may process standard technical request information, such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, and security logs, as part of operating and protecting the hosting service.
Cookies
Ackerman Technologies does not intentionally set application-specific advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies through this static website.
Data sharing
Ackerman Technologies does not sell personal information collected through List Creator. Information may be disclosed when required by applicable law or when necessary to protect legal rights, security, or the integrity of the service.

This policy may be updated if the product, website, or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
